From this morning through early afternoon, the Splügen Pass between Splügen (CH) and Campodolcino (IT) is open to anyone who enjoys getting around on two wheels or on foot.

Following last year’s success, we are hosting this car-free event on the Splügen Pass for the second time this year. The pass road between Splügen (CH) and Campodolcino (IT) will be closed to motorized traffic and open to anyone who wants to conquer the pass under their own power. It is a rare opportunity this summer to experience the Splügen Pass from a non-motorized perspective. Locals and visitors are cordially invited to explore the historic and winding route by bike or on foot.

• 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  “Las Ciclistas” – Social Ride on the Splügen Pass
  All female cyclists who would like to ride the car-free route up the Splügen Pass with other women are warmly invited to join the Las Ciclistas Social Ride. Every bike, every pace, every woman is welcome!

Travel by public transport
The “One-Way for Return”public transportoffer from PostAuto and the Rhaetian Railway applies at the Splügen Pass. You buy a one-way ticket for the outbound journey, validate it at the festival grounds, and can use it to return for free.

• Splügen – Thusis: 12:54, 1:44, 2:10, 2:54 p.m.

• Important note: Bike transport is available only with a reservation via the SBB app! Additional services are displayed only if you first select “Via” in the route search and then enter “Thusis.” They do not appear in a direct search, such as Zurich–Splügen.
